We work hard to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, including our services, packages and prices. However, it is general information only. Prices, packages and availability may change, and a booking is only confirmed once we have agreed it with you directly.

Storage services

Our storage, care and transport services are provided under a separate storage agreement that we sign with each client. That agreement sets out the details of your booking, including the period, payment, insurance and access arrangements. If anything on this website differs from your signed agreement, the agreement applies.

Quotes and enquiries

Sending us a quote request, message or email does not create a booking or an obligation for either side. We will reply with the details and, if you would like to go ahead, prepare your agreement.

Content and photos

All text, photos, videos and the logo on this website belong to The Vault VIP or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written consent. Licence plates of client cars are hidden in all our images to protect our clients' privacy.
