This policy explains what personal information The Vault VIP ("we", "us") collects when you visit thevaultvip.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • Information you send us. When you contact us by WhatsApp, email, phone or a form on this website, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address, your car's make and model, and the dates you need storage.
  • Client details. If you store a car with us, we keep the details needed to prepare your storage agreement and invoices, and information about your car.
  • Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting and security systems record basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site running and protect it from attacks.

How our quote form works

The quote form on our homepage does not store your details on our website. When you press "Send on WhatsApp" or "Send by email instead", it opens WhatsApp or your own email app with your message ready to send, and nothing is sent until you send it yourself. If you use the form on our Contact page, your message is stored securely in our website so that we can reply to you.

How we use your information

  • To reply to your questions and send you a quote.
  • To provide our storage, care and transport services, and to contact you about your car.
  • To prepare agreements and invoices and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
  • To keep our website and our facility safe and secure.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send you marketing messages unless you have asked us to.

Who we share it with

We only share information with service providers that help us run our business, such as our website hosting provider, our email provider and WhatsApp (operated by Meta) when you choose to message us there, and with our accountants or authorities where the law requires it. Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers. If you click a Google Maps link, Google's own privacy policy applies.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website. Only technical cookies that are needed for the site to work and stay secure may be used.

CCTV at our facility

For the security of our clients' cars, our storage facility is monitored by CCTV 24 hours a day, in line with the requirements of the Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA) in Dubai.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages for as long as we need them to handle your request, and client records for as long as we provide our services to you and afterwards for the period required by UAE law.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Just email us and we will reply as soon as we can.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
